How to pack your golf soft travel bag

1Preparing your clubs

  1. Remove your club heads from the shafts (if needed) and mark their settings
  2. Wrap your clubs in bubble wrap and tape them together using blue painters' tape
  3. For additional protection, add a stiff arm to the bag by extending and locking it in place
  4. Carefully place your clubs in the soft travel case. Zip it close

  1. Attach your label using a shipping luggage tag
  2. When attaching the label to the bag, never tape the label to the canvas area of the bag
  3. Run a zip tie through the shipping luggage tag at the top handle of the bag
  4. Close the zip tie and double check the connection

How to pack your golf hard travel case

  1. Remove your club heads from the shafts (if needed) and mark their settings
  2. Wrap your clubs in bubble wrap and tape them together using blue painters' tape
  3. For additional protection, add a stiff arm to the bag by extending and locking it in place
  4. Carefully place your clubs in the hard travel case
  5. Close the latches shut

  1. Attach your label using a shipping luggage tag
  2. Labels can also be taped to the upper area of the hard case (we recommend double-checking the tape once applied)
  3. Run a zip tie through the shipping luggage tag at the top handle of the case
  4. Close the zip tie and double check the connection

How to pack your golf box

  4. Carefully place your clubs in the box and tape the flaps shut

2Print & attach shipping label to a box

  1. Place shipping label to the upper side of the box
  2. Affix your shipping label by taping all four corners of the label to the box
  3. Double check the label by sliding hands over the tape to secure it

Do's

  • Place an extra copy of the shipping label in your golf bag
  • Make sure printed shipping labels are visible
  • Double check that all zipper compartments are closed

Don'ts

  • Do not over pack your golf bag or travel case
  • Do not place shipping label over closed flaps of a shipping box
  • Do not tape the shipping label directly to a soft travel bag
