How to pack your ski soft travel bag

1Preparing your skis/snowboard

  1. Wrap the Tip & Tail of the Skis/Snowboard with bubble wrap
  2. Apply blue painters’ tape to hold bubble wrap together
  3. Place skis in the bag base to base so the bindings are facing away from each other
  4. Ski poles can be placed after skis are secured
  5. Snowboards can be placed into the soft travel bag when bubble wrap is secured
  6. Zip up the bag once the equipment is secured

2Print & attach shipping label to soft canvas bag

  1. Attach the barcoded label to the shipping luggage tag
  2. When attaching the label to the bag, never tape the shipping label to the canvas area
  3. Run a zip tie through the shipping luggage tag at the top handle of the bag
  4. Close the zip tie and double check the connection

How to pack your ski hard travel case

  5. Snowboards can be placed into the hard travel case when bubble wrap is secured
  6. Zip up the bag once the equipment is secured

  1. Attach the barcoded label to the shipping luggage tag
  2. Labels can also be taped to the upper area of the hard case (we recommend double-checking the tape once applied)
  3. Run a zip tie through the shipping luggage tag at the top handle of the bag
  4. Close the zip tie and double check the connection

How to pack your ski boot bag

  1. Wrap ski/snow boots with bubble wrap
  2. Apply blue painters’ tape to hold bubble wrap together
  3. Place your ski/snow boots in the boot bag
  4. Zip the bag closed

2Print & attach shipping label to boot bag

  1. Attach your barcoded label using a shipping tag
  2. When attaching the label to the bag, never tape the shipping label to the canvas area
  3. Run a zip tie through the shipping luggage tag at the top handle of the bag
  4. Close the zip tie and double check the connection

How to pack your ski/snowboard box

1Preparing your ski/snowboard

  1. Wrap the Tip & Tail of the Skis/Snowboard with bubble wrap
  2. If shipping ski/snow boots in a box, wrap them with bubble wrap
  3. Apply blue painters’ tape to hold bubble wrap together
  4. Place skis in the box base to base so the bindings are facing away from each other
  5. Ski poles can be placed after skis are secured
  6. Snowboards & ski/snow boots can be placed into the box when bubble wrap is secured
  7. Close the flaps of the box and tape it shut

2Print & attach shipping label to a box

  1. Place shipping label to the upper side of the box
  2. Affix your shipping label by taping all four corners of the label to the box
  3. Double check the label by sliding hands over the tape to secure it

Do's

  • Place an extra copy of the shipping label in your luggage
  • Make sure printed shipping labels are visible
  • Double check that all zipper compartments are closed

Don'ts

  • Do not over pack your bag or travel case
  • Do not place shipping label over closed flaps of a shipping box
  • Do not tape the shipping label directly to a canvas travel bag
